My 20 chapter novella is not professionally edited either. I use the ProWritingAid app, which helps a lot, but I still have 10 more chapters to edit. Not the fun part, ugh.
It's awful. I wish I could afford to have these professionally done, but it's just not in the cards at the moment. Slowly trying to rebuild my author career and have to be careful about where my money is spent.
