Excellent first installment. I also am fascinated with abandoned places. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

Thank you. This is a different writing muscle for me, but I am enjoying the process.

Love this post and series concept! I immediately thought of the movie Session 9 when you wrote about the eerieness of empty hospitals/medical facilities. I am looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

Thank you. It was a nice little change from writing fiction. I’m looking forward to the rest of them.

First - I like the set up, like the ABCs of horror (like a really fucked up Sesame Street episode). But there's something deeper here too. Love how you go into the psychology of abandoned places. On to "B is for Body Horror"!

I have never thought of abandoned places like that. I just find them hollow and creepy.

I love them, but some spots have a definite vibe that feels off.
