Comic Strip Drabble - Janet
All is not right in Area 51
Before I share the comic strip and the drabble, let me explain the title. Flights in and out of Area 51, which are on unmarked planes, have the call signal of Janet. Now, let’s get to the nonsense.
Janet
The flight out of Area 51 should have been like any other, but it felt different from the start. We were ushered onto the usual unmarked plane much earlier than usual, the faces of the military men looking tight and almost afraid.
As we climbed and banked over the facility, the plane began to experience heavy turbulence. Looking out my window, I could just make out the mountainside cracking, a shaft of bright blue light appearing in the gap.
The last thing I saw before Area 51 slipped out of sight was a massive metallic ship breaking free from underground.
