Best of luck! Sounds like a lot on paper but you clearly have the ideas percolating, and I know how quickly writing can come when the ideas are all there.
All your ideas sound like great ones. I think doing "Goosebump" like YA supernatural stories is great (I've played around with that idea as well, so best of luck). As for your other plans, they sound very solid. It's good to have set goals with your writing, that's something I'm trying to incorporate in to my writing life as well. Fortunately, I also have a wife pushing me onward. :D
