The Curator returns with another cursed object

I have always heard that perfection does not exist, but if you look at the crystal skulls I have in my possession, you will know that perfection is indeed possible, but that it also comes at a price.

There is generally something horrible about a skull, all flesh removed and brains long since turned to dust. The crystal skulls hold no such signs of death or horror. Instead, they are perfectly carved pieces, each containing a massive diamond within.

For eons, men have tried to penetrate those skulls to get at the diamonds within. When the crystal is struck or cut, it makes a high-pitched sound that makes its way into the brain of the assailant. That sound remains, ringing like tinnitus and slowly driving the person mad.

Death soon follows as total madness descends. There is no way to live with that constant ringing in the ears, no way to escape the curse bestowed by the crystal skull.

I have six of them in possession, but I also know that seven were created. One of them is still out there, luring in unsuspecting prey with the gem contained within. If you ever see the final skull out in the wild, do not be tempted to release the treasure. Bring it to me so that the world can be safe from the power of the crystal skulls.
