Every end delivers a new beginning

This is not the life I would have chosen for myself, but when grief takes over, you try and find ways to find meaning in life.

Cancer took my wife a little over six months ago. She fought until the end, but it was always a losing battle. I sold off the house and everything we owned, deciding that life on the road was my way to stay active and not overthink the loss of my wife.

My Ella loved the Supernatural, so to honor her memory, I started a website called The Matt Collins Chronicles. People started contacting me to tell me about places to visit, some of which were their own homes.

Now, as I stand in front of a rather ordinary looking house on an ordinary street, I get a sense that my new life is about to begin. Time to start investigating the other side in hopes of finding the place where Ella now resides.

Matt’s stories will appear every 3-4 weeks. Some will be standalones, while other might run a few issues in length.
