What's the Deal with Macabre Mail?

Learn about the new annual subscriber benefit

So, for the past month or so, I have been teasing Macabre Mail, but I am finally ready to put it into action and make it a bonus for becoming an annual subscriber to my Stack. I think this will be a unique little offering to go alongside all the other stuff you get as a paid member.

So, the idea with this is to create a physical offering in the form of a drabble done on distressed paper and sent via some gothic looking stationary. There will be a couple of levels to this, too. The basic will be a random drabble on a postcard alongside a couple of stickers and a typed note from me. The upper level will have a custom drabble that will not appear anywhere else, as well as a custom sticker to go with the story and a handwritten thank you note from me. Annual paid subs will receive a package with both.

These will be going up in my store for $4 for the basic and $6 for the upper level. It may take me a minute to get that set up over there, as I want to take care of the annual paid subs I already have first. Unfortunately, this will only be available to U.S. residents, as I am operating on thin margins here and can’t really afford to send the mail any further afield. If this takes off, I might change that in the future.
